Job Description

Objective: 

Design training content, decide training delivery mechanisms, conduct participant assessments, identify process improvements and suggest both internal and external training delivery
possibilities to ensure best in class delivery of all Divisional Training programmes based on training needs identified and desired by the Business Units.

Responsibilities:

Develop the training plan for its division and manage end-to-end operations (content development, delivery and logistics) to ensure seamless and effective management of training programmes.

Decide key training delivery mechanisms and manage all collaborations with internal and external parties to design and deliver the training content to ensure best in class fulfilment of training needs identified.

Implementation of challenging strategies and infrastructure strengthening strategies of Capability Development at the respective location.

Collaborate with Planning & Infrastructure to ensure seamless and effective delivery of training programmes and ensure regular review and process improvement of the divisional training program.

Keep abreast of the various training delivery systems and strategies to introduce the best-in-class training programmes to employees.

Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance.

Education : B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech

Branches : Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics/Telecomunication, Mechanical

Experience : 3.00 To 5.00 Years

Educational Qualification required: BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Branch of Engineering.

Relevant Experience:

Experience in Training & Development is preferred. Working exposure to the training design, planning and delivery processes and dealing with Service providers is preferred.

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
