Job Description

Roles and responsibilities 

Achieve/exceed booking and sales targets profitably for Industrial Regulators valves in North & East India.
Effective coverage of end users and OEMS to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle Key accounts in West and ensure we win the major projects.
Planning and achieving sales targets as agreed.
Win orders from competition strong holds and develop new customer / markets.
Provide and meet monthly bookings forecast.
Actively work with Project Pursuit champion to understand decision makers and Gate keepers with LSTK , Consultants and end users.
Support and monitor the sales engineer activities and drive the business.
Provide sales and application support to the customers in pursuit of growth and market penetration.
Monitor Competitor activity in all the projects and report it.
Coordinate with customer, consultant and the factory for smooth execution of order.
Maintains a good company image of professionalism, competency, efficiency and concern for customers and representatives.
Provide reports and feedback on competitive activities, market intelligence, including prices and products on a periodic basis.

Engineering Degree with 10-15 years experience in technical sales preferably within the process industry. ( MBA preferred but for exceptional cases not mandatory )
Knowledge of valve industry preferable. However candidates from Pump, Seals and Compressor back ground is acceptable.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Selling and negotiation skills.
Familiar with basic business softwares applications.
Good knowledge of Inco terms and Commercial terms and conditions.

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 20,00,000 PA.
