Follow-up for finalization of purchase orders for services through Purchase and commercial departments.
Propose budget allocation for SMS-III (E&A) department. Reviews annual maintenance cost against allocated budget and adopts necessary control.
Review list of spares required for all type of maintenance job in the plant and analyse requirement of the spare from time to time.
Interact with safety and HR department for training programs for department personnel.
Delegates responsibilities when someone is absent.
Monitor and execute the Corrective Action Report.
Identification of process related to Emergency Preparedness & response.
Establish Objectives & Targets & reviewing program related to both Quality, Environmental Management and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
