Develop Promotion strategy and implement to improve project awareness & generate enquiry
Develop Pricing Policy and align the commercial offers with the policy to sign firm agreements
Develop LTP and ABP and meet sub leasing of land and revenue generation targets.
Explore various business development opportunities for the company leading to revenue generation through value added services.
Degree in Engineering or equivalent / MBA (preferable in Marketing)(Currently working in Marketing & Sales. Exposure in Marketing of SEZ/ Industrial park preferred.
Mininmum Experience 15 years.
